Part One
1. Look yourself into a mirror and look into the eyes, stay silent for a minute and take a few relaxing breaths.
2. Note that the expression on your face will begin to drop.
3. Notice what thoughts are coming to your mind, and ask yourself the question " Who are you?". Keep looking into your eyes, and then every 20 - 30 seconds repeat the question for about ten minutes.
4. Ask the question and watch the thoughts that are coming in your mind from all the directions, mull over what thoughts are coming to your mind. The key is not doing anything and just relax; you will see that the mind will relax gradually, the breath will ease and you can feel your belly with every breath you inhale.
5. After the first ten minutes, half of the exercise is over.
