					| True I do too...
come to think of it when someone changes theirs I read the post, and see out of the corner of my eye a pic I don't know, and go "Who the hell is this new guy just jumping in mid topic?" takes me like a month to 'reconnect' that pic next to topics as them.

					| Don't change, you'll regret it! Now I'm known as 'lemoncat' even though I had 'Boobies' for a decade :/
It will all go down hill from now! You'll see!

					| It's kinda scary when I think that after all this time I can even manage to figure out who actually wrote a certain post without even looking at the avatar/name. Some styles here are surprisingly unique and easily "detectable"
But yeah, avatars can't be unseen really, especially now that they're bigger. Unfamiliar avatars are the #1 cause of all the "why are people ignoring me"-related problems

Paul McCartney once gave a statement in an interview, talking about how The Beatles has jokingly discussed going out on the road as a new band called Randy and the Rockets, dressed up in capes and masks and basically just raving like "the old days" - the interviewer said that they'd be recognised by their voices, which apparently startled and appalled Paul.

I just had a little bit of that feeling over the thought of being recognised just by the way I type
    |
Hahaha, I really believe it should be seen as a positive thing after all. If I were him I would feel flattered
. It would mean that I managed to leave something important to this world, something that people would always recognize no matter the efforts to conceal it, like a virtual trademark.
Of course it always depends on the context, that wouldn't feel right if you're a serial killer for example

					| I could stop editing posts 40 times, using excessive analogies, quotations, and using '...' a lot, and no one would know it was me, mwahahaa!
People would just wonder "who is the charming and seemingly always correct new comer??"

Haha, seems like Rome's shocked warrior has a heir. Though this time the pure horror was replaced by mere resignation. He simply can't take it anymore

And how can we blame him. Three of my most awaited games this year were CoH2, Rome 2 and X-Rebirth, and we know how it ended.
