I love how so much of that scene is ad-libbed, the whole "in English, please" was the director and actually pissed off Benicio at first, then all the laughing and giggling was because Benicio kept farting
Saw Desperados on a British tv channel few weeks back. That movie got so butchered, it needed extra commercial blocks to get to the original ones length.
