Strange, I'm pretty sure the first time I got a creature a message popped up stating that they generated 1000 lums a day. Smile
(I assumed it stacked per creature but maybe what it meant was with every creature collected, if so that makes sense.)

Now I'll have to check that the next time I play the game.

The Wii U version of Rayman Legends has outsold its Xbox 360, PS3 and PC counterparts in its first week of sale.

Quote:
The Wii U version of Rayman Legends has outsold its Xbox 360, PS3 and PC counterparts in its first week of sale.

According to official figures provided by sales monitor ChartTrack, sales of the Wii U version of Rayman Legends accounted for 45 per cent of all copies of the game sold - meaning that it nearly matched all other system sales combined.

In comparison, 35 per cent of copies sold were the Xbox 360 edition, with the PS3 and PC versions covering 24 per cent and one per cent of sales respectively. For now, ChartTrack data only counts for the physical sales of games, which clouds the full picture and explains the particularly low turnout for the PC edition.

Most PC gamers probably bought it on Steam/uPlay, but still, for the WiiU to sell almost more than X360,PS3 and PC combined? Damn Sad

An almost 1 year old console doesn't have as many titles as 8 year old consoles or the forever living PC? How bizarre and laughworthy.

Well, tbh i'm glad the Wii U is pulling some numbers. 360 and PS3's time is pretty much over and i don't want to see the Wii U crash and burn. Still waiting for another worthy Zelda! Windwaker HD excluded.

I completed all five pictures and unlocked the last one (Living Dead Party).
Really liked the game, but I'm kinda disappointed as it seems MUCH smaller in scale than Origins.
It doesn't feel that at first, as it has a lot of Origins levels redone, that football mode, online challanges and leaderboards and what, like 9 levels per picture?
But after playing I must say a lot of levers are really short, they lack the scale and variety of the previous installement and - with and exception of few levels - are pretty easy (or maybe I played Origins too much).
I loved Living Dead level from the "first" game - it was really challenging and fun. I was happy to see there's a whole picture here and

It was nice to play. I'm be waiting for the next part Smile

na not only, there was one new Wink the 8bit remakes are kinda fun and a bit more difficult cause of the flickering and cause they are without checkpoints. would have loved to see more of those music levels, they are awesome

and yes the game seemed much easier than origins, dont know why they lowered the difficulty. maybe because of wiiu derpcasualgamers Sad no boss fight was challenging Sad

The most annoying sound in the world: Ride Of The Valkyries Toad song! Laughing "Ta ta ta ta ta" Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad My god. There is one invaded level, where there is lava and toads dropping from the sky. To get a quick time, you need a certain starting jump that is not as easy to perform as my first few successful attempts made me to believe. The result?

"Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta" "Ta ta ta ta ta"

Heh, I'm actually planning on doing the same with my fiance. We don't normally play many games together, but I think this could be something that she probably would enjoy playing together. She gets frustrated with games too easily because they are too hard for her lol. Hope the coop in this is as fun if not more than the just playing alone.

It's really fun and quite easier too because you always have the second chance if you die so she can revive you and you can revive her. Smile

Indeed! Razz It's very easy to pick up but difficult to master, which is perfect on paper. I'll try to do my best.. but it's almost a lost cause xD

@ixigia

Scramble is better than nothing lol. Plus you got all of us humpers to play with Very Happy

The lady agreed to play through rayman legends with me. Will probably take us forever, but it'll be nice for a change lol. Hope there isn't to many timed levels that you have to rush through hehe. She's... pretty bad haha. I must train her!

Lol, good thing for the bubble then. "Uh... sweetie, can you... uh.... just into bubble form for a sec?" Laughing

Is coop the same as the singleplayer by the way? Meaning, I wouldn't be missing out on any levels by just playing alone?

Nope, it's the same levels just with additional player.
It's just easier in coop, because you if you die you can be revived by second player Smile

Just a random screenshot from our play sessions, for the record it usually goes a lot better for her, but I just thought it was pretty hilarious Laughing

From Ubisoft Digital Days event:

New Rayman or another mobile infinite runner again?

Also worth noting: Assassin's Creed Liberation HD and Assassin's Creed Pirates

Where's the savegame location?,already finished the game (Saw the credits) and i'd like to save my progress on my external HDD

EDIT: Nevermind,it's at C:\Users\-user-\Documents\Rayman Legends

Pretty well hidden the bitch..

Though the game's great and a bit more challenging than Origins,i don't feel like 100%'ing it since it's the Yarrrrrr version...once Legends on PS3 gets a price drop i'll 100% it there.

The bad thing is going to be to do speedruns / time attack events and having to control Rayman AND the Green partner (No name for now?) at the same time to get shit done right

SHIT JUST GOT SERIOUS

9/10 ,wish they remained Rayman's style like Origins but hey, revamps are always welcomed if they add new things like "I SHOOT BLUE PUNCHES IN THE AIR "KARATE -I DONT FUCKING CARE - STYLE,BITCHES!" XDDDD

Me and my fiancee just finished it 100% today, all Tweensies collected, unlocked everything besides the last 3 costumes you have to grind for.

A FANTASTIC title, 10/10 no doubt, lots of content, beautiful art design...

And also it took us 25 hours to finish it. 7 hours more than Origins. Smile

I'm playing this a lot recently, but I don't think I'll ever be able to 100% it. I just rage-quit way too often now.

After like 20 retries, some levels are simply driving me mad.

Very good game nonetheless. Better than Origins IMO.

so, if you buy this on steam it'll launch Uplay when you press "play", right?

I might just get a uplay key then, it's cheaper.
