That's a great achievement, congrats!!  A Master would be the icing on the cake, but if you receive some important offer don't do the mistake to refuse it 
(unless you're hit by a tremendous dose of bad luck like I was :/..but Poland fortunately is not the actual Italy, so you can be optimistic  )

Hmm... Licenciate in Sweden means that you've at least made a BA and then studied two more years to get a licenciate to be a licensed researcher in that field (just one year short of becoming a Doctor).
