Problem: Video has 30fps, I want it to have 15fps. The easy way would be to throw away every second picture and then increase the runtime for each picture by 2. But this generates a choppy video and if it was a real source video, it will generally look horrible. So is there a way to take for example a 30 or 60fps input and reduce it to 15fps but with motion blur? So the display time for a single frame is still 2x or 4x of the original, but the frames are blended in a way, that the animation looks fluid? I guess with after effects you could play around to achieve this but I don't have it at hand right now. Maybe there is also an easier solution that I don't know => NFOrce GIF plugin <= - Ryzen 3800X, 16GB DDR4-3200, Sapphire 5700XT Pulse

There should be an easy way to do this. This is a question you should ask on doom9 in the AviSynth section. There probably already are really good avs scripts for that.
