Hello everyone Smile I'm new here so I figured this might be the best place to post this. Please feel free to move it elsewhere if I posted in the wrong forum.

Firstly, I would like to say a really big thanks to nforce for the wonderful NFO's which have really helped me recently with various games. You guys rock.

Secondly, I wonder if I may ask for some help with Still Life? I have extracted the bin and cue files from the CD1 and CD2 folders, mounted with daemon tools, and installed the game. I haven't launched the game yet though. I really have looked and I cannot see a crack directory in the CD1 folder in order for me to, as far as I know, copy over the .exe and the various dll's into the game directory to make the game work and overcome the SF3 protection. Am I looking in the wrong place for these files? Many thanks for any advice Smile

Heh yep nouseforname, I had checked CD2 before posting. Nothing there Smile

Under, while waiting for replies, I did indeed check out gamecopyworld and found a
Still Life file. Inside is a stilllife.exe and 3 dlls. I take it these are what I need then?

You got it. You might want to back up your original exe before you overwrite it. You will need it for future patches for the game (they dont like the cracked exe).

Cheers nerrd. Game runs beautiful, and I'm glad microids kept the syberia style of text and graphics Very Happy

Well, I overwrote before reading your post. Not sure how important it will be to install future patches. Should I uninstall it, reinstall it, backup the exe and then reapply the crack or will this process completely mess everything up and I'll get starfuxored?

If u want to patch eventually

1.Uninstall game and SF drivers - u can find the SF driver removal tool on SF website and numerous other places
2. Reinstall game
3. Backup original exe
4. Copy crack over and play

To patch
1. Copy original EXE back into the game folder
2. Apply patch
3. Copy new orig exe
4. Copy updated crack into game folder and play

Very Happy
