Ubi people said that in Splinter Cell you have an Airplane as your Base of Operations and you can freely choose from a world map which missions to take on. So I hope there will at least be a lot of variety and some freedom of choice/upgrading systems.
Witcher 3 was just an interview, some info about gameplay, no new footage

Now Molyneux talks about Ubisofts specific gameplay formula and he is right it shows.
Its working well but its too much by their book and they risk (already have) their franchises to conform too much to that universal Ubi standard. They all resemble each other.
