I need a lil of a help..i'll put a copy/paste from the Steam Forums
Bought the game via Steam a couple of weeks ago...Well,first of all,i had to use Nvidia Inspector's Framelimiter so the game works only @60FPS..Else the game is WAY TOO FAST (Notice the timer going faster than normal time..and also faster gameplay
Now here's the deal....Whenever you're done with an area and get the time bonus, there's a text saying "Hold SPACE to Skip" or similar (got the game in spanish)...So i do it!...but guess what?...IT GOES SLOWER THAN WHENEVER YOU'RE -NOT- SKIPPING!!!
But if you remove the FPS Limiter,it goes SUPER FAST and you get ot the first boss in 3 seconds like..but then you've got the fast FPS problem and the Skipping problem REMAINS THERE
Don't complain my PC,it's an i5-2500K WITHOUT OC,8GB DDR3 1333mhz,GIGABYTE 460GTX 1GB OC,Windows 7 64bits Home Premium
Hope there's an official fix or something..
And i'm on a 120hz monitor with the 120hz enabled...if i go on 60hz everything's VERY VERY SLOW....OVERALL...
(again,i've used nVidia Inspector and placed the 60FPS limiter)

Here's what i'm trying to explain...Here's the BOUGHT,STEAM VERSION i have (skip till the game's Epilogue (Sorry for the spoilers),also,1080p...Again,nVidia Inspector 60FPS Limiter
Whenever i hold SPACE you see that the scene doesn't skips super fast at all...
Now,what happens when I UNINSTALL THE STEAM VERSION AND INSTALL THE SKIDROW,PIRATED VERSION?,KEEPING THE nVidia Inspector settings to 60FPS Limiter
Woooo...seems like the Skipping WORKS...How come?...
There better be an explanation...

Thx for the bump. I bought this for my 360 and thought it was quite good (no Ikaruga, mind).. I never finished it tho. Will probably get the PC version.
Why does nobody wants to help me with my problem above??

Maybe because we can't? Legit bought version works fine on my PC... Kind of hard to help someone when I don't have the same problem, and have no clue what would help.
