Quote:
John McClane travels to Russia to help out his seemingly wayward son, Jack, only to discover that Jack is a CIA operative working to prevent a nuclear-weapons heist, causing the father and son to team up against underworld forces.

Anyone seen this yet? Any good? Im hoping to see it tomorrow. After Live Free or Die Hard, its meant to be 'R' rated. Im surprised there is no thread unless Ive missed something?

May the NFOrce be with you always.

Yes, worse than 4.0.

Tbh I don't agree that it was worse than 4.0. I thought it was entertaining (but not as good as the 1st one ofc!)

Hmmm the majority of reviews are rated 1-5 out of 10 but I found an 8.

Bruce Willis cracks wise. Cars crash. Bullets fly. Things explode spectacularly. If this is what you're expecting from "A Good Day to Die Hard", you won't be disappointed.

Also R rating was most likely just so Willis can say his famous line.

In a mindless action flick like that one if you want to be entertained you don't have focus on these aspects, just grab the popcorns and admire the pew pew with John McClane's one-liners. Very Happy

But I agree, maybe they went too far with that Razz (I still liked the movie heh)

So I went to the cinema to see it and I wasnt as disappointed as I was expecting Smile

My only complaint is its a bit short but I would give it a generous 7/10.

As long as they don't take the viewer for a fool, I'm all up for stupid action flicks. But when they start trying to be serious and oh so real .. Mad

This is not trying to be serious. Just perfectly cheesy as the previous ones. I find it a lot better than 4th one.
Nice action flick.
