It may sound harsh, but I'm pretty sure nothing of value is lost when you get that message.

I think you guys misunderstand the problem.
I click post for the first time and get this error, not after spamming. I click post, the post is actually posted and then I get the error. If I click back, the post I got an error for is there.

That sounds like a double event being triggered; either the click is sent twice or the just the submit.
Do you have garus' extension active Leo? Because the hump's own quick reply doesn't use any JS to trigger the submit event, it relies on standard form methods. It doesn't trigger any event via JS anywhere. Ergo, it must be caused in something external, something that takes the submit button and triggers submit on click
