Don't Anno games require machine activation, like securom or tages or something? So having it in your uplay account may not mean anything
Has anyone launched it?

it downloads in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\installers\22\
youll have option to change install dir
