Is there a "complete" pack for this? If so, what's the release name, please?

The Japanese version of Fallout 3 was modified in regards to the nuclear theme the game had, you couldn't blow up the bomb in Megaton for example.
(And the Fatman bomb launcher was altered a bit.)
Unsure what might have done with New Vegas, maybe something similar.

Nothing about region restrictions but on Steam store for Eastern version only supported languages are: English, Polish, Russian and Czech. And for normal version: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish.
So, the only difference is the languages? No other restrictions? I'm not planing on staying in my country for a whole time so I need to know if it works in Western Europe for example.

Would DLC achievements report to steam despite not having purchased them? Also relevant to Skyrim DLCs.

All the DLC in these games is treated like mods so it makes it easy to acquire them via other methods. I still need to get around to playing this one more, I loved Fallout 3 but this one just felt like another piece of DLC more then a full game for me.

Obviously easy to get as it's just esm/esp files, but they do have achievements that register on steam, and I wonder how well that would go, considering steam knows whether those DLCs were purchased or not. Possibly a way to disable achievements on the console could do the trick.

Maybe. That was my first thought too... But usually conversion is fairly small - the most I've had to redownload in the past is about 900mb of new files. *shrugs*

Yup, conversion to new file format. Skyrim's been switched over, too.

Looks like the game is still using the old format here, no conversions yet.

funnily enough it wasnt heavily discounted last sale either, was it.. and everyone was mad
wonder if it has something to do with the price drop immediately after the least time it was heavily discounted. that sale made me so mad, everyone was valuing the game so low... wasnt right, this game is fantastic and deserves more respect and value
