So Crysis 3 is just a grass simulator now? Long as I can make a Chia Pet at 1080p and 60 fps I guess that will be good.

You don't like to lie down in the grass, look at the blue sky, listen to the nearby creak? Very Happy

Only when the grass is tall enough to make grass angels otherwise it just looks like this.

(Or maybe this is what Crysis 3 will look like on the PS3 since it is EA and they did that to the PS3 version of Alice Madness Returns)

Not even a gtx 680 sli is enough to get 60fps at 2560x1600, it´s not that far from a quadcore gpu tbh. Although most people play at full hd.
I know the data is still incorrent lol

Mind Is Full Of Fuck
There is no such thing as a "quad-core" GPU or "dual-core" GPU. No, SLI/CFX don't make it "x-core", since a single GPU is already multicore, in the range of hundreds/thousands of cores.

I wonder what they'll tessellate this time. Maybe the back of your head and your ass? I mean, the invisible water under the level has been done already, they need to innovate!

I expressed myself incorectly , but you know what i mean.

I still believe cryengine3 is far better fb2. I played a lot of c2 mp and i play a lot of b3 as well, and even c2 looks better maxed out.

Yeah but crytek is so xxxtreme that they were thinking that, suggesting quad-fire/SLI for the recommended settings, just imagine how the hi performance PC melting settings will look like! So Much Win Laughing

Nothing abnormal there. Crytek is every hardware producer's bitch. Intel, nVidia and AMD need unoptimized tech-demos released to trick the suckers into buying raw processing power hardware.

I still can't understand how many people are still fooled by these methods. (Well, I do, but it's not the issue here Very Happy ). It happened with both Crysis and Crysis 2. Even years after their release the games still ran like crap on "latest" hardware. Even with all the info spilling from the devs themselves about how badly optimized their X [<- insert any version of Crysis here] game was, it's still the same crap with each new game Crytek releases:

System requirements: LATEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE HARDWARE ON THE MARKET

Don't give Crytek any ideas now.
They'll make those toads into collectible items for you to find. You'll know when to start looking because performance will tank and then you can use the FPS counter as a distance meter... Those elitist PC dorks will love it!

Last time out they have to focus their time on console development. But now that they have a better experience at it, and they already shown what will be shipped on the PC version, I remain positive of this game. There are no blur and Vaseline to hide poor textures or any "artistic" palettes. I would give this game a try just to check out some nice graphics and be amazed.
