I'm looking to get some files of Usenet but Usenet seems paid and if free just4today the passwd keeps changing I have 2mbps line so a low speed would suffice me any pointers how can I get it for free

use a | in the just for today login (it may be the password) it lets you login all the time.

There is a backdoor for just4today.net where you can use three servers instead of just one. In your client, add these IPs:
198.144.122.104
198.144.122.105
198.144.122.106
Sometimes you will get connection errors, but often you can double or triple your speed by assigning half or a third of your files to each server (depending on how many are working at the time).
Also, as Saner says, use any username and password containing a | (vertical bar) to never have to update it each day again.
Additionally, you can get a lifetime free 1Mbit account from http://xsusenet.com/
I use it for PARs while the other servers are dl-ing the RARs. Every little helps 
EDIT: I see you have ghey line speed to begin with, in which case you can pretty much ignore this and just use the vertical bar trick on one server

Also j would like to know the below
1. Heard that Usenet does not max out your speed like idm
2. Does Usenet resume downloads when ISP connection drops and comes back and how good is hash check on files to avoid corruption.
3. I see all files are rared in parts so a 10 movie from which I only need 2 movies how do I get them

Could be anything... Maybe your download is still on pause and you need to press the start button or more likely the server you are using is down.

And i pay 3.50 euro for 900days retention and 30Mbps down (account sharing enabled )
I know it was possible to get one week for free from then but i can't find the option ( maybe it tracks my ip and sees i already got it before)
But one thing.... once you go usenet you dont want anything else nomore

No it said downloading and nothing was there in log I'm using sabnzd do I need to use another client
EDIT - Turns out the problem is with Sabnzd tried Binreader and its working but it does not have any options to show the speed at which its downloading recommended clients ?

I can only help you with Sabnzbd because that's the only program i use.
You did refresh the page right? Cause it only tells you the speed if you refresh the page.
