I know.. PC games arena.. i want non biased pc gamers opinion on this console game. The internetz in full of 9.8 reviews so. Use the poll and confirm the madness that is going on.

I guess that makes sense, but still... you'd be better served asking people who are likely to be playing the game in the right area.

I own no consoles (and hopefully never will). But since IGN gave Most Wanted 9 and Halo 4 9.8 you can probably substract 5 from the actual score...

It's an excellent game. I think it might be a turning point in the FPS genre since some elements blew me away. Especially the multiplayer adds so much, that it is inevitable as a gamer to get lost in the grandness of it. That is not to say the singleplayer didn't get much attention, when you play it you won't even bother playing other shooters since it won't be worth the effort. I can't really say much about the story without spoiling, but believe me when I say it's a thrilling ride from beginning to end. The first time when you set foot on the planet and see the magic (GFX + sound rock in this one!), you understand why this game had to be made (hint: don't miss the hidden area just left of the boulders behind the big palm tree in the snowy area about two minutes into the first planet).
I won't write all I have experienced during this fabulous game since it would take too much time, and it is sad I won't be able to play it since I don't have an Xbox, but I can say with confidence this is one game that redefines you as a person and as a gamer. It will touch you in places you never knew existed (I almost felt violated) and leave you with amazement and wonder in the end when you see the (shall I say Oscar worthy?) story end.

Its not only ign, its almost every major gaming website. I went to gamespot forums first just for the sake of it, there was 1 guy getting flamed to hell and back, went to the console area to read more about how amazing this game is and finally decided to post the poll here.

It was the best Halo. ACtually coherent plot and characters. Graphics, music. Combat puzzles. Very well done. It felt more mature than other halo games (besides reach - that one was good too)

That might very well be, but for now you can't deny that it looks absolutely gorgeous for a 360 game and Halo actually has a continuing story i want to follow which you can't say the same for when it comes to cod.
As long as the story interests me and it's not made for toddlers then i'm game.
