Other than the tiny levels, the removal of all RPG elements and the univeral ammo .. it wasn't a bad game at all. The story worked, the visuals were great and it "felt" like Deus Ex -- it just felt like Deus Ex Lite.

Despite the huge derpification (we never asked for that) the story and atmosphere were very solid. We've been all disappointed, there's no doubt about that  , but at least it was more than playable. |

Fairly sure, the RU preorder on Steam is listed as region locked and I don't see any reason why retail would be different to Steam, they're both Steamworks anyhow.

doesn't say anything about being locked. the russia CIS preorder and the retail preorder however seem to be locked:

i just checked the buy button in the russian store and its 15959.
anyways, i just hope there will be a cheap way to get this game. this is one of those games i really want to buy.
