It was yesterday evening. I still feel the fries and chicken in my stomach. 2 Plates... one after another. oh god Laughing

And I have to say that a lot of those fries look rather sloppy and non-fried. Did you heat them in the micro? Laughing

Oven. A lot of spices and some paprika spice too. It turned out fantastic. Crunchy skin, just the way i like it. Not to dry etc. Fries were also good. Not hard as rock as Claude thinks but not fluffy shit

I'm following the Mediterranean diet these days (not because I'm fat but because I plan on living longer than you Cool Face) and I'm feeling definitely healthier.

Gas cookers are prevalent in countries that use gas as a primary power source, like the UK, but Norway is hydroelectric so our cookers are usually electric too, mostly convection ovens. I think I've seen ONE gas-powered oven since I've been here.
