Hahah Very Happy
I've had a couple of them yesterday (I blame my old USB modem since the router is gone), they're still annoying and scary just like the old times Laughing

Some more updates leaked out, one notable thing is that both of the system dll files which are commonly modified to hide the activation prompt and such were updated so any such utilities will have to be made compatible again.

Microsoft otherwise won't release any updates until October when the OS launches for general consumers which can lead to certain security risks, for example Flash hasn't been updated to 11.4 yet and has some vulnerabilities.
(IE10 updates via MS Update as does Flash ActiveX version for it, I'm using Firefox 16 anyway but it's still worth noting I guess, particularly for legal MSDN and other users of the OS. - http://www.pcgameshardware.de/Windows-8-Software-237450/News/Windows-8-Sicherheitsrisiko-durch-fehlendes-Flash-Update-von-Microsoft-1023318/ )

Also d3d11.dll was updated but I've no idea yet what was done to it.

EDIT: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/35675-Windows-8-Hotfix-Repository/page3
(Last page has the actual post about the new updates but this one has some info on the previous ones.)

EDIT: Seems Windows 8 is now version 6.2.9200.16408 instead of 6.2.9200.16384 if I got the previous kernel version number correct.
(Not that it means much, many of the W7 updates changed this too.)

Didn't work for me with enterprise version, but there is a solution on mydigitallife that worked perfectly fine, though it does seem to require you to do it again after 180 days.

Either alt+f4, or win key + i, settings, power and shut down. Or just create a shortcut with "shutdown -s" and put it on the start menu.

After reading about the various activation methods and such it turned out to be really really easy. Very Happy

http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/35640-Windows-8-KMS-Activation/page249?p=643900&viewfull=1#post643900

(Pro version works a bit different so this won't work for that.)

But remember this only holds for 180 days, so after that you need to search for another KMS server to activate again.
