Because there is a vacuum in the power and balance of moderators on this board and making inj a mod would ensure making a stop of this vacuum. Besides that, Inj is a very active member in certain parts of the forums other moderators are not as active as inj and with Inj's open mind and great insight it is a loss to this forum if he wouldnt become a moderator.

I don't think "balance" is what "we" seek here, really. Not in the way you would define it.
I'd rather see someone:
a) More active.
b) More "neutral"
c) More honest
as a moderator...
I may disagree with what Jenni says on the liberty of the usage of words, but at least she's standing up for what she believes in. Sometimes leadership means making the impopular decisions, and standing up to them.
(And yes, sometimes leadership means admitting that one is wrong).
I still believe that the Politics-section needs more moderation.

Im not Inj. I have browsed this forums for some time prior to my registration and I believe that inj is
A) Active
B) Neutral
C) Honest.
Stating that leadership is about sometimes making impopular decisions and standing up to them and then stating that later also leadership is to admit being wrong...
Hehe everyone does that. Sometomes not believing one did wrong even under pressure and sometimes people see their misstakes and admit that they were wrong.
So what is big deal about leadership from that point of view?

Yeah but she's not a leader is she, she's an enforcer, nothing more. They don't make the decisions, they just enforce the rules.

If I ever were to get power on this forum I would be on a banning spree.
Not just out of spite, but just having that power would give such a thrill that I just wouldn't stop. Some people see this site as a home away from home and having the ability to become the demolition crew would be just too much fun for me.

Come on guys, seriously, you don't want to be mods, it's fucking awful, we're all stressed and in therapy over this position, we broke up with/divorced our girlfriends/wives and we all filed for bankruptcy.
Where do you think the other mods went? They couldn't live on anymore.
