Well i've had 3 hours sleep and feel like shit but also a bit drunk still.. anyways here's what i bought:

AMD Athlon 64 3700 32/64Bit CPU S939 "San Diego" Retail inc Heat Sink Fan & 3 Years Warranty

256M AOpen Aeolus 6800 GT + Doom 3 Full Version Bundle

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum, NF3 , ATX, DDDR400, 2 x Gbit Lan, USB 2.0, 1394, 7.1Ch Audio, 4 x SATA, Raid

I got ram already 3 sticks of 512 3200 kingston from the comp im using atm.. i thought its time to upgrade cuse i have atm a amd 3200 msi board and a ati radeon 9600 256.

Well yes, you needed to upgrade the graphics card, but the new CPU won't give you that much more performance, maybe 10% max.
