a shitty horror movie. lol
dictator - 8/10 great soundtrack. well known songs redone for the lulz. cliche script but it has a couple great laughs and some not so great but very typical slap-stick predictible laughs. it's not a great comedy. worthy of the imdb score of 6.8. But it's fun and it's not afraid to go the distance like many comedies that follow this suit should. I lolled i think three times. and chuckled through the rest.

Battleship- 5/10. Would have given it a lower score if it wasnt for the music. And why the FUCK did they cast Rihanna!? Would have given it a 8/10 if they cast Ernie Hudson instead of Rihanna.

The dictator 6/10
a few good laugh, story was duh, but i liked the dark humor on the film, good Sasha performance , the girl was really annoying.

did you actually watch it or you are just assuming? I ended up watching Hunger Games with my wife instead last night but don't want to waste my time with this horror if it's really bad ... one part of the trailer got my attention and I thought it might be decent ...
fuck ...

The Dark Knight Rises - 8/10 - great acting as always, high budget and some very nice scenes. Does not even come close to TDK though. While Bane was done very well (cool accent), it didn't even come close to Ledger's Joker (it's a damn shame that guy died before doing another Joker). The script was the weakest of the three movies, the first hours wasn't very interesting. Some parts also felt like a repetition of the previous movies, hinting at the possibility that the writers were out of ideas.
Overall a very good movie, but the worst of the three for me. Comparing any movie to TDK would be unfair, but I expected a big bang. While the first hour dragged too much (hell Batman was absent half of the movie), the second part more than made up for it.

TDKR: I actually went to watch it on the opening day in San Francisco because i happened to be there on my roadtrip. So, me and my pals, 6 of us, all had separate places. We finished the movie and gathered outside and we all were a bit confused. We all thought it sucked, but noone wanted to admit it because it was supposed to be good. And some of the dialogues were really bad acting, especially the female emo dialogues, djeezes.
So i popped the question. "kinda sucked, no?' and even the real fanboys admitted it.
Sooooo predictable, such a standard cliche story, and plotholes, incredibly... Really boring in my opinion. They should have scrapped half of the movie and then it would be acceptable.
Spoiler: | I mean, trapping all the police in a tunnel, really, that's the best thing they can come up with?... and guess what, he escapes from the big pit, duh, don't have to waste half an hour on that. And if there is a rope, use the rope to climb out of the pit or hoist the guy up...oh, and my name is robin, no shit sherlock... |

Spoiler: | Bane's intention was not to kill all the policemen. Wayne escaping from the pit depicts his 'rising'/comeback, could've been done better. I do not understand what you mean with the rope thing. |

The movie gets compared to TDK, as it should be. 90% of all movies fail compared to that beast.
