http://worthplaying.com/article/2012/7/26/news/86670/

Blood Knights is a full blooded Vampire-Action-RPG that features intense combat, tons of weapons, items as well as vampiric abilities that put players in total control over their enemies and let them feel the powers that vampires wield in the Blood Knights universe.

Blood Knights features a plot focusing on Jeremy, a vampire hunter who was viciously attacked and bitten during on one of his dangerous missions and is now bound by blood to the sexy, but mysterious, 'vampiress', Alysa. The former arch-enemies have to work together to rid themselves of the binding.

Blood Knights’ vampire storyline comes to life through the heroes Jeremy and Alysa. As different as they are, they are bound by blood and have to fight together to survive. While Jeremy is a mighty warrior who is dual wielding increasingly powerful weapons and uses devastating attacks, Alysa uses crossbows, traps, bombs and special ammunition to eliminate her enemies from a distance. Both are able to use various vampiric abilities that become ever stronger and more and more impressive in the course of the game. Jeremy for example can pull huge groups of enemies towards him and unleash chaos upon them once they are in melee range.

Set in the mythical Middle Ages, the players will be able to control both Alysa and Jeremy in their cooperative quest for salvation, either in single player or co-op mode. The protagonists will encounter numerous enemies, avoid traps and fight and confront an impressive (and sometimes sexy) array of bosses - each one requiring a unique strategy in order to be defeated. Rich treasure and rewards await those who against all odds are able to fight their way through the wide variety of settings/scenes.

Unsure about anything specific, VtM:Bloodlines maybe or the smaller "Vampire Hunters" game released some years ago perhaps.
(Vampyre? but that was completely different as a adventure game, wonder what happened to that second episode.)

EDIT: Is there a Twilight game?

Sigh... but it makes no sense! Just like your "Well I don't want more Borderlands style games" --- you posted as if there's an influx of vampire games when there simply isn't. There hasn't been a vampire RPG for years, it's one of the least used game premises of late. Same with Borderlands, which is practically unique, so why would you say "one is enough"? It just doesn't make sense Sad

In Borderlands's case because it's enough, at least for me. Plus I never said that I'll never want more, just that Borderlands is enough now. If a lot of games like that start popping up the genre will become less interesting and unique. As for vampires, it's more than good for me if there isn't even one. Vampires or rather, things focused on them are really boring for me and you already know that as I've said it before. I don't mind stuff like the vampire in Divine Divinity (which was extremely funny) or Dracula or other things like that.

Edit: It's not like that's the only thing I said in that post. I'm actually looking forward to this, A BIT, just because of the developer.

Well since you don't like vampires, why post in the thread in the first place? It doesn't serve any purpose coming in and saying "Vampire again Sad" as if they're being rammed down your throat.

VTM:Bloodlines is in my list of favourite games, specially with the unnofficial patches and some restored content. Isnt the lead guy from VTM Bloodlines working on some kickstarter project atm?

Lets not forget about Vampire the masquerade - Redemption.. Will never forget that game one of the best rpg's of its time imo.

Vampires in a fantasy world just don't look as interesting as in modern day. The whole lust, power, control, immortality are better represented in modern times, not only 21st century but also 20th, maybe even 19th century. And from that video, did both character (knowing that they already are vampire) were fighting in a daylight? What kind of Twilight, Vampire Diaries sorcery is this??? It probably be like an average fantasy action RPG with more vampire and blood references.

Daywalkers(aka hybrid vampires,as far as i know) can walk outside in the sunlight.

And remember,in TES:Oblivion there was a vampire quest. And our guy have could also walked in the sunlight.Of course there was negative effects on our character such as weakened regeneration and strength....

I like that, and loved the hell out of Venetica, so if it's Venetica + Moar RPG into + Better optimization, no problem at all.
