he didn't say anything people calling about death threats... ( i only read the first post) so no, and even if they called with death treats, UNLESS its person or location specific, police can't just get a warrant based on some idiot calling people on random... it would fall on to the phone company to block them...
phone companies also offer block services for 5 bux a month for unlimited number of blocked numbers or something like that

yeah, I'd rather have the phone companies dealing with this shit then wasting police/court time on it ...

So unless u know who is making the death threats and where they might be, the cops can't do anything? Thats wacked. I hope i misunderstood what u said still. |

no police can find out who is doing it... BUT they cant do this for every single person who is getting bothered by people... the person who prank calls you has to know wheeu live, or your name or give specific details to what he is going to do to you, or when... or something that makes its a SERIOUS threat... then and only then can the OPP go through with a warrant
