Sorry if this was posted, did a search didn't come up with anything.
There is a decent looking game I just stumbled across, it just went into international public beta I believe...
However I can't play as it needs some ports open on the client end apparently and my school doesn't negotiate with students on that sort of thing...
So will some of you try it out for me and tell me how it is?

I downloaded it a while back. No use, the two servers are always full. I've not had a chance to play it yet.

You gain xp and levels along with bounty to buy equipment, but there's not nearly enough depth to it (meaning nearly everyone ends up using the same stuff eventually). I'm not sure how much is missing in the international version that's in the Korean version but the game gets seriously stale after level 20 because there's not really anything more to look forward to. You can either stick with automatics or switch to shotgun/sword like all the Korean-wannabes. If you stick with autos, you'll easily wipe up all the people who suck at slashshot, but when you actually find someone who's good at it, you'll get owned. Fortunately the "suck" category of players in Gunz is vastly larger than the "skilled" one.
At any rate, it's a decent but average in every way FPS with a little bit of character advancement. Supposedly the game will be free to download and no subscription--except you can pay for "premium items". Sounds like a business model for people marketing a game in a country where most players use internet cafes, and something most NA/Euro players will hate the idea of.
I stopped playing the day after the patch last week, and it seemed like the patch had dramatically reduced the amount of hacking going on. It used to be trivial to change game settings (like how much damage you take) just by editing files in the game directory, but now they force you to use the launcher which does a checksum on all the files before it will load the game. I'm sure people can still hack if they want, but at least it takes more than winrar and notepad to do it now.

Guess who is on the first place
I've been playing this game for a hour (maybe less) and I have to say there's much to do with this game.
Control sux a bit (you need to press W to make a trumbling :/ )
And most of the players are playing like a kamikadze ;P so with my uber skillz it's easy to shoot them even with people who are on the 6th level

Level 4 vs. level 6 is nothing.
When you hit level 5 buy the rifle and go play against people who are 15 or so (join the free channel instead of a L1-10 one). Level is meaningless aside from what items you can buy, so you can still kill the ones who suck. You'll get vastly more xp for each kill, so playing against people anywhere near your level is a waste of time if you're any good at FPS. Just beware of people who are L18+. Assuming they were smart enough to buy the new rifle, they'll kill you before you know what hit you.
Also, I can't speak for everyone, but I ignore people who are much lower level than me unless I have to defend myself. I get like 10 or 20 xp for killing a newb, that's not even worth the bullets unless I have to defend myself.
