Dunno the site though, sorry. Just goto Fileshack or any major file site and search for it. Don't think they even have a site.

Latest patch, 64-bit update and 64-bit enhancement patch (And maybe a guide or so for fine tuning the settings.) and you should be OK, unsure about custom mods and levels, there's that Delta mod or what it's called and I think there's a number of other larger mods by now.
