Wouldn't change anything would it? They're just selling stocks of it so there's some other investors or what it might lead to but otherwise things remain the same as currently.
(I'm no good at this area so I don't really know but it's just another business deal I guess, profits and such, perhaps Vivendi is backing out of the games market or they got a really good offer from some other conglomerate or what the term for it was.)
