Don't forget to get smooth vision or w/e that is, makes it feel like it's running on 60 fps instead of 30.

1000 EUR is too much for TV as far as I'm concerned.
Got my LG 32LD350 for 400€ and I haven't needed much more. USB and HDMI are both there.

That TV is not worth that price. There's been a recent boom in LED TV purchases here, so I have seen a lot of them. I'd recommend one of these, depending on your budget and design preference you might think some suck:

Sony KDL-40HX723
Sony Bravia KDL-40NX713
LG 42LW550T (I've got it, excellent TV)
Philips 40PFL7605H (my aunt has it, on par with the LG above)
Philips 9000 series (probably too pricey, but might be the best TV I've seen yet. My uncle is a high level manager at Philips, so he got a 50% discount. Bastard Sad )
