around 2 weeks ago I got up from sofa and strained a back muscle (I guess) and 2 days from that I could not get up from the bed anymore... well it finally started healing, until yesterday I went to empty dishwaster and bent forward...

My back just went snap and it went from just fine to a fucking knife in my back. Luckily I had still 1 painkiller left. So... wanna play battlefield?

Take care of yourself man. Have you gotten your back checked?

Atleast get a checkup done, just to be on the safe side! Do they charge a lot even for a medical checkup?

I've no idea. Just worried that they do some scan on the back and it'll cost immediately quite a lot. Normally things are free here in Europe but I've dropped between two countries so I'm unable to use the free healthcare for now Razz

Well I'd still say go for a check-up since this is your health you are talking about.

1 and 2 are still amazing.

I've no idea what's the actual cause of my pain, as it started with just a really minor twitch as I got up from sofa. This is now 3rd time (well 4th if this is considered separate case from the one 2 weeks ago). First 2 were easy, just had to take it easy for 3-4 days. But now... I could not have gotten up from my bed without my girlfriend. My legs just gave up from the pain as I tried to force myself up.

Sucks that D3 is approaching and I'm not sure I can enjoy it too much with the pain. (Though, all I CAN do is sit in front of computer. If I lie down, the muscles in back stiffen and I'm unable to get up, the pain is really horrible in the mornings Razz )

Guess I'll have to start some sports once I'm better.

+1
Could be simple muscle strain but it is possible that you have some slipped discs (I hope not!) like I do

I think you should really do a scan, just to be sure Smile

If it's something serious it probably won't be treatable (except for painkillers and maybe surgery), and if it's not it will heal without treatment.
That's what a doctor (?) told me when I had a back pain months ago. He was the cheapest doctor (?) I could find, though.

I agree, back-pain usually comes and goes for everyone, unless it's something serious like you fell and something got dislocated.
