So... two neutered GX104's again or does it match with the 680's SLI performance?
It's 2 slightly underclocked GK104's, but with a bit of overclocking it should match 2 regular GK104's in SLI (680 SLI). The "Boost" clock is actually more aggressive on this thing, bumping it up by 104 on average rather than just 52
He bought GTX680 but is afraid to test because maybe... well... It can turn out it's not that perfectly perfect after all. Or certain games on it aren't perfect.

Would a 700W PSU be enough for eithera SINGLE 680 or 690GTXs?..also,i dun think i can plug all 4 white PSU connectors from the 2 6-Pin cables that comes with the box..my 460GTX only has 2 6pin to ONE PSU connector..or dunno how it would work..

Most definitely. The 680 has insane performance... and it's backed up by being one of nVidia's most efficient cards to date. It has a maximum TDW of 228W .. which is friggin' insane! 80+ watts lower than my 570.
nV recommend a 550W PSU, but that's really only a guideline that applies to budget/shitty PSUs. That's for a single 680, of course, the 690 is a pair of 680s in one. You'd probably need a high-end 700W PSU to be capable of that. As long as you're putting out a minimum of 38a on the +12, you should be fine.
