How do I give Jack the sugar sacks?

You don't give them to Jack. Make sure you got all of them then go to Jack who'll reward you for clearing out the termite infestation. Then go to Booze who'll tell you to go to his distiller on the upper floor of his tavern. Then go out, turn right, run up the staircase then again up one flight of stairs. The distiller should be on that floor. It's an old guy with a white beard.

Thanks, riptide. Now that the water suppliers and the sugar shipment have been dealt with, what more is there to do in order to impress Steelbeard?

I know some temples have places where you can put something but i don't know what that is. So you can try taking them to other temples.

Yeah I have to say, after getting past some of the glitchy issues I'm having a bit of fun. Clunks around like a piece of shit, but I can't help but love this style of gaming.

Mediafire caps upload speed to 250 KB apparently so I don't usually use them any longer, lately they've also started using ques which means the upload takes ages.

Before that I used Multiupload but they're sorta gone now what with so many filehosts changing so it's down to just a few different choices now with Jumbofiles being the better so far.
(Ad-blocker recommend, they also somewhat obscure the download link with a advertisement similar to Sourceforge.)

Yeah, I noticed MF has capped upstreams lately... which in and by itself is bloody strange. Oh well.

Some people are mentioning a 1.01174.0 version of the game, strange thing is that's apparently the beta version number.

Current game version number is 1.01168.0 but I'm still checking things, there's a separate build number however so that might be more accurate to measure game version correctly.

EDIT: Current build version is 188844 and that other is 189747 strange.

@mister_s

Yes, though you may want to experiment with DR's mouse settings. I found his to be too fast, so I modified them by dropping 50%. Foliage still flickers though.

dafuq is wrong with this game Very Happy now it works, i tried to delete a Risen 2 folder in the app data because according to the date of it, it was for the beta of Risen 2 and voila now it launches on my primary screen. Although i have no idea if these two things are somehow connected...

// ah now i see the problem is done by the default config xml Sabin posted

so is there a flag in the config files that lets you choose which screen it uses? right now im just using a CCC profile to turn off screen 2, but its annoying having to put everything back in their place on the second screen after i finish playing

Anything to do about the stuttering? The framerate is smooth, but it stutters.

Can I get any other companions of the first island except Patty? Can I return later?

All in all loving the game. I feel that the atmosphere, setting, immersion and story (so far) are somewhat better than the first one. The combat has suffered but I've still had some very enjoyable encounters. Also it runs suprisingly well given the previous comments.

Seems like I have those files in my compiled folder already. So maybe I just need the cracked exe. I hope this works. Smile

I did, and well I thought that one of those could have been the Air temple one, since the pirate clothes (which I also bought, shame on me) should not have dialogue files or should they?

So we need a dialogue_english_dlc3.pak?
