Yes the games graphics aren't fantastic and doesn't warrant the high requirements ( I have a 580 gtx myself). Generally I play less impressive games than this though so the graphics are fine to me, but I can see you might have a problem if you're used to Battlefield 3 or similar.

It has nothing to do with us wanting better graphics, it's to do with the shitty performance ALONGSIDE the shitty visuals. If you're going to have a game that requires such insane specifications, then at least pack the visuals to warrant it.

I guess i'm one of few here that really enjoyed the beta, it had the typical PB vibe which i really enjoy, and i do believe it's a good game (just like Risen 1 was). Nevertheless, i refuse to support Deep Silver if they dont fix that.

I thoroughly enjoyed Risen 1, which is why I had such high hopes for the sequel, but so far everything just seems like R2 is but a shadow of what R1 was - everything from combat to visuals. It just seems like a huge step back. Of course I may be wrong, I'll certainly know in a short while when my download finishes - and even Epsi said the game started to grow on him after a while and he's notoriously hard to please when it comes to RPGs Very Happy

So, the $64,000 question is; is it worth sticking with the ELiTE download or grabbing the Shitrow one? As an NZB, Skidrow is 400MB larger than the ELiTE one -- but that could simply be the extra PARs available on the Skidrow copy versus ELiTE.

Can someone upload a save from a more performance demanding area?

I don't feel like starting the game just yet and the first 5min don't seem to be demanding, but I'd like to see how the game will perform on my system.

I had the strength to wait for the Shitrow release so I'm downloading it now on my 8Mbit connection.. 1 hour and 50min.

What about all the DLC's? Will they be available for isodemoing anytime soon?
