Reported to my ISP that my Internet was slow as Shit.... 400 ms ping to miami etc, pages loading like shit...
Tech comming today, so i test the laptop with the internet... 35ms ping... everything fast... seems like that fucking Smart HDD virus did something to my browsers, all browsers are super slow, doing requests, waiting, conecting, waiting etc a ton of times. giving me 400ms ping, while Xfire on the same pc gives me 40 ping to every damn server i can find.
Im gonna look like an idiot when the tech guy comes over and i tell him that my pc has a OS problem.
I usually wait few days if I have ISP problems before reporting it to see if it clears up on its own...but even then, Verizon has direct access to tech people on dslreports.com its way better then calling
Speaking with Level 1 tech support is like dealing with mentally chellanged kid..I always tell them to connect me level 3 tech support or I wish speak with current shift manager
