*YAWN*. It's popular today to hate Israel and Jews and love all the poor innocent muslim countries in the middle east. You can't walk past 10 people here in Sweden without hearing "Israel and them jews are so horrible, why is no one doing anything?" while at the same time no one cares about the other side just as they don't care about the harassment of jews going on in most major cities here.

It is very common to mix subjects the way you just did right now, I have nothing to say against Jews, I have quite an extensive criticism of the Arab culture, still I am able to recognize that the foundation of the State of Israel was one of the biggest ongoing crimes of the 20th and 21th centuries.
Also, no matter how much sympathy and respect I have for the Jewish suffering during WW2, there is no bridge between the holocaust and the claim of their "promised land" which fundamentally was what the foundation of Israel was all about.

Nothing much, they are pretty much old news by now, though basically Anarixst was a guy with pro-Israeli views, while Compubrain was a guy with pro-Palestinian views, and they used to have many 'debates' on this matter.
