Didn't follow development much,but I liked the concept and hoped it would be good.

Yep, it had (and still has) some potential and good ideas on paper, along with some other negative aspects like the consoderpolized Hud and gamepad friendly shooting. Decent for me means "worth to be pirated"   |

Unsure how it'll go for this game seeing the previous news about cancellation but Human Head might have plans for a sequel to Rune, which sounds pretty good to me but first we'll see what happens to Prey 2 I guess and from there how things will go for Human Head.

EDIT: Actually it seems they're "wrapping up development of Prey 2" so it seems it will be released.
(I haven't really followed things too closely so maybe that was already known.)

Also, recent passive-aggressive tweets from Human Head employees do not exactly inspire the much confidence that the contractual dispute between the developer and Bethesda has even been resolved at this point.
The Prey developer did, however, recently release its first free-to-play game for Android—a cartoony tower defense title—to absolutely no fanfare, and Human Head is also trying to get a Rune sequel off the ground. |
