Right when I need it the most this happens (well I didn't really need it so much...). Engine cranks (turns) but won't start, so it's not the battery. Might be the fuel pump (we have crappy fuel here, so fuel pump/injection problems are common).

Ironically, it's an Accord (2007 v6), supposed to be one of the most reliable cars in america, while my other car never gave me any trouble (a 1995 Lada 2105 Laughing)...

The Accord IS a reliable car, but no car is infallible I guess it's either two things - fuel pump as you said (or fuel problem in general) or there's no spark to ignite it, so some sort of ignition problem. Just do an ignition test, if possible, with one of the sparkplugs..

Oh and I'm taking (the Accord) to the mechanic now. Crying or Very sad

Edit: So the guy said it probably was just the battery (it was leaking a little bit), even though today the car did start normally (and he didn't even test anything...). Paid U$110 for a new one.

Not everyone is the DIY type - and at least here the driver's license education doesn't go through even the most basic parts of car maintenance (and imo it should), so unless you're lucky enough to have someone teach it to you or inclined enough to find out for yourself, you'll have to rely solely on repair shops and what not.

Well, yeah, it's not like they charged anything for the service anyway... Obviously changing a battery is very easy.
