Could u help me put together a pc for my sister. She only needs a case. It should be able to deal with photoshop and other photo editing softwares. She would also watch movies and surf the web, so nothing really demanding. It should be fairly quiet and as cheap as possible. Also a nice looking case

I do think he means she only needs the tower as in complete tower and no monitor or keyboard etc...

What's the budget and is this in Estonia?
I don't have a clue about the best stores to use in Estonia so you will need to help out there.

It's dead quiet, literally almost inaudible. The ASUS case is surprisingly well built (I've used their barebones twice now and in both cases it turned out fantastic) and so far there's been 0 problems.

You could potentially double the RAM to have plenty of headroom.

Altogether that cost me 225 back then; will be slightly more due to inflated HDD prices at the moment, but you should be able to stay under 300 even with that + twice the RAM calculated in Smile

I would be tempted to skip the sandy system above in favour of one based on a AMD APU.

RAM is the most important factor when it comes to Photoshop. An SSD would be nice for the cache, step-back levels etc..
