There's a very popular and well known old comedy duo called Downtown in Japan, they're famously known for their 'Batsu games' where they're not allowed to laugh (upon laughing they get punished with a bat to the ass).

And well, the guy in my avatar is named Jimmy Onishi, he was a regular member of a program called Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende back in the 90s but then changed to become an artist. Gaki no Tsukai is hosted by Downtown (and still airs to this date).

And it has become a tradition to have Jimmy Onishi on every batsu game where he plays extremely ignorant and stupid roles, that's who the guy in my avatar is. He is extremely good at it. xD
