BTW. I sent an email voicing my obvious with their website etc., and received a reply four minutes later. Amazing.

However, some things to consider:
1) Part of the reason for the e-mail delay is due to an assortment of tossers creating multiple different accounts to get free copies of the games and clogging up the e-mail server.
2) A chunk of it is for charity – we didn’t expect quite so many attempts to rip it off.
3) E-mails with keys are going out slowly and should be with everyone in due course.
4) We took the site down around 4pm for about 30 minutes to add in a few filters – it really shouldn’t be necessary, even in this mercenary age, but there you go.

wow it's really nice to see such a mail which is obviously written by a thinking human and not the usual idiot robots (and yes i mean the human kind of idiot robots)
and to those whining about the delay. come on are you serious? read a book or take a walk, that's really not the end of the world

oh come on sabin. it's the same as in the last bundle thread. you aren't even trying to understand. did you even read further or did you stop after that sentence?
also may i ask what you do for a living? is it something where you have responsibilites? what happens if you make a mistake? that might explain your way of thinking.

PM sent, but for the benefit of those "immature children" and "whiney bitches" here, as you and Cartoon have labelled them, I'll say this; deriding and insulting people who raise complaints after paying for a product and receiving sweet FA is deplorable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Still, par for the course on NFOhate.
I was mostly only kidding around anyhow, having a playful jab at what I perceived to be an overreaction.

A couple of members here have expressed distaste and displeasure at the way the sale has been handled, Cartoon labels them whiney bitches and you insinuate that it's due to their age. Or was it just a massive coincidence that you happen to talk about older "customers" being more patient and understanding, of course having absolutely nothing to do with anyone here?
Like I said; I was originally just joking around (hence the " ") but there is some truth to what I'm saying. There is simply no need to deride people for being annoyed at paying for something they haven't received. This isn't a physical object, it's digital, there should be no need for a multiple hour delay -- and while I do understand that stuff can happen and things can go wrong, that should be the EXCEPTION and not the RULE, therefore when someone says "I've been waiting hours for this, still nothing. Fuck them" I'm hardly going to scowl at them over it :\

Big FUCK YOU to anyone that thinks I'm whining. Still didn't receive the mail with the rest of the keys or email confirmation. Busy servers because of traffic is one thing. However anyone with half a brain would know this ahead of time and prepare accordingly.

oops, looks like I erased what I posted here.
I couldn't verify my email because I never got the confirmation letter. Emailed the customer support and few minutes later got that letter. Accessed the purchase history, but they keys were not there, only few download links. Emailed them back with the screenshot, and got a quick response asking if I want a refund. However I checked again the serials magically showed up. Pretty bad shopping experience overall, but customer support calmed me down by replying to my emails faster then I've ever experienced before.
Here is the final letter I got from them:
