No it's the Naga Epic, shitty thing can't even keep it's connection alive for more then 5 secs with cable connected. Every 5 secs my mouse would hang up for 1-2 secs.
This only happend when cable was connected, not wireless...
The damn thing was just around 5 months old..
Fucking razer and their cheap fucking products. NEVER AGAIN.

The normal Naga had issues aswell here with it's lense not being able to detect left and right anymore, only up and down.
Back then they send me without issues a new one (wich was the epic version, their mistake).
So yea, 2 razer mouse in 1.5 years and both got issues. So fuck em.

Well i went for the Sensei, don't trust it how the R.A.T. will feel in the palm of my hands with all these loose parts...
Don't wanna take the risk. Plus steelseries has been in the running for quite a long time, can't go wrong there.

I like the CM Storm Spawn mouse (i don't have it but a friend does and it's nice)
It's not fit for surviving throwing against walls though.
You should be ashamed/embarrassed of such emotionally childish behavior, not showing it off online for all to see.
Hope you can get your emotions under control.

Nah Roccat support is bad.
With my headset i had a problem, they just said:
Quote: | Hello,
No, I must already tell you that it is not possible to exchange a defective product at ROCCAT directly. If it is broken during normal use you can exchange it, but only at the dealer you bought it from. |
So yea, bad support.

Um, no. Mark the words 'not possible directly'. You bring the headset to the dealer, you've bought it from, and then they'll turn to Roccat directly. That's at least how I've RMA'ed all my defective products so far and it has always worked fine that way.

Well Razer handled it directly, that is what i call support, not letting the customer sort it with the reseller first (when i clearly said that the reseller forwarded me to them)

Epsilon had a Roccat, paid almost 100 bucks for it, then the lazor took a shit and they accused him of opening the mouse and tampering with it. Some support eh?

No, got mad about it being retarded every 5 secs... Forgot to charge it before going to bed.
So it was empty when i woke up, was forced to use the cable to charge while using it.
Alot more things played but that is not relevant to put on here.
I just got mad and threw it, happens quite often, no big deal.

I did that to a computer desk I had for a while. I got it from Walmart so it wasn't that 3 inch thick wood that most of us have for desks now. IT was only like an inch thick all over and I got really pissed, I think it was Lost Planet, stood up and falcon punched it in the middle....fucker snapped in half and everything went crashing lmao

that's too bad, what'd you wind up with then?
seriously though, i wondered if it would be flimsy till i got my hands on it too, especially the little wing on the left that you can swing out, it's not though, definitely buying another R.A.T. assuming i ever need a replacement.
