I had to pay a bill for my cell of €41,15 before the 2nd of december, otherwise they would block me.
Thus i payed the bill and still i got blocked.
Gave them a call and it seemed that my new payment for nov was due and thus they added it to the amount i had to pay without giving me a notification that they did.
So without my knowledge i needed to pay an extra €20,- otherwise they would block me.
So how the fuck should i know that they add that when they (even said so to me on the phone) can add an amount without giving notification of doing so.
If they send me on paper that i have to pay €41,15 before that date and i wouldn't get blocked, i kept my end of this and they still blocked me.
Is there any way i can do something against this?
Because IMO they should had notified the customer that the bill was increased...
