Now now, Pumpy I wasn't addressing the hate towards you (not most of it). I'll always cherish our beautiful moments together.
Didn't see a doctor yet (can't afford to) so I don't know what it is. I definitely will if it happens again though, let's just hope it doesn't kill me.

Maybe you are lucky and it is just some gas. I doubt you eat healthy, at least you don't strike me as the guy that eats proper cooked vegetables and meat 
Maybe you should come over to europe so that I and ixi can cook you some proper meals

I had stomach pains... then they removed my gall bladder
then i still had stomach pains and they added a stent into a my liver and told me that i need a new one in 10 years...
stomach pains 
shit's never gonna go away cause i get paralysing pains everyday

if your liver is failing instantly (from either getting stabbed or drinking too much) you're more likely to get a liver asap. But if you got a disease where the valves within the liver slowly close and it takes somewhat 10 years for the liver to be completely useless, they wait until it's 100% necessary to give you a new liver <3.
