The normal human variant of the influenza virus is relatively mild. Every body reacts difefrently to an infection, but you usually have to have a weak immune system or some disease to react severely to it.

@Reg67: Not necessarily, the Mexican Swine Flu just caused me some mild headache and muscle pains, slight fever, coughing up a lot of slime and a runny nose.

My secret to avoid getting the flu is cycling in winter without wearing a jacket. So I get really cold and have to keep moving at a decent speed. Eventually I get plenty warm. I've only had the flu once in 30 years

Er, no? Simple reason I think it just tastes like piss. Don't know why but I think the aroma and taste of liquor is offensive. Not to motherfucking mention the behaviour of drunks!! So much money and work wasted on cleaning up drunk people's shit. That is just unfunnieh.
So I guess why drink the stuff it when it tastes like dirt to me? I'm kind of comfortable with it because booze just costs a lot of money. So my Apple gear is bought with booze money... I confess. Yes I know I'm beginning to look like Adolf Hitler with the vegetarian abstinence thing.

My opinion is traits like long term planning, organizing and investing are what make Western Europeans capable of producing stable and wealthy democracies. misses brought home flu from hospital
kids got it and thats bad enough, I now have it and to top it off cause my history with tonsilitis is well bad this has triggered this as well so I got flu and tonsilitis at same time.. this major blows believe me...
