No it will not. The game unlocks universally on the 11th of November 2011. It unlocks in Australia first, since Australia (and NZ, which has been lumped into that territory) will be the 11th of November before anyone else. |

Let me get this right, your game will be unlocked in exactly 1 day, same as my, right?
Then why I wouldn`t be able to play in exactly 1 day? you are saying that I will need to wait 1 day and 3 hours?, It never happen to me before, when steam says 1 day to unlock always was 1 day.
But hey, its steam.

Steam counter is wrong, simple as that. That from MY Steam says "approximately 1 day and 0 hours" despite the fact that it's the 11th, for ME in MY country, in 10hrs and 34 minutes exactly. That's why Steam says "approximately"
I'm telling you mate, the game will not unlock in YOUR territory until it is the 11th for you. Australia will have it first before any other country, since they will be first to hit 11th.

According to Bethesda, it's a GLOBAL release on the 11th. All platforms, all countries.

use vpn for logging in steam and unlocking/downloading last parts of the game
install the game
go offline mode
power off the vpn
restart with offline mode
play
should work, if not unplugg the vpn when starting the game.
this will do the trick until the night unlock. |
