i copied about 550gb over usb2 a week ago. It was very slow and i would have liked usb3, thank you very much.

I copied 150gb of music from my friends laptop using two 4GB usb sticks..

took me about 5 hours to complete

I think I'll have to buy new disk soon and reinstall Win7 because this one is starting to be slow as hell :\

And transferring all this data would take too much time...

5 Gb/s Laughing

I have a firewire 800 port but don't use it. My old hard drive is firewire 400 and had to get an adaptor for the new machine. Didn't realize at the time Firewire is a huge pain in the ass. Next hardrive I get is going to be USB 3.

So far I just transfer several movies at one time. Maybe 8 mins worth.
