Tested and make a nice improvement to crossfire performance, no stuttering like the cap3s
Worth a try. Google around if you think that link is fake. I'm using em and am happier.
Regardless I'm SOOOO not impressed with this game. Is it just me or does BC2 have better destruction?
Wtf is it with the textures of blown up holes in the ground... BC2 had huge holes when bombs when off. This has a shitty texture dumped on the road?

Anyone else getting disconnected from server a lot while playing? Is it only attributed to PB?

Is there any way to transfer a game downloaded via origin to another computer like the backup feature in steam?

Just copy the directory over to the other computer. The "games" folder or whatever you have installed it to. It just needs to be "linked" on the other computer, i.e. you can choose where installed games go, just point it to that folder you xferred (the directory above the BF3 install of course).
So, the LE version SHOULD have had the warfare pack then? I didn't get that. Neither did 2 of my friends and we all bought the LE.
Edit: You can copy the folders in Steam as well. I've done that numerous times to help out a friend since he has a crappy inet connection. I just bring over the installed dir on an external drive and copy it over. Steam can re-verify the files when you launch it or do the verify integrity deal. It will fix it up and you're good to go.

If you bought it through origin you should have two order receipts in your email, one contains a key. If you bought it from a cd-key warehouse then it should have two keys in the email.

If anyone of you has a weird stutter in MP (or SP?) that makes the game unplayable, go to your BIOS and disable turbo-boost and/or hyperthreading. Works perfectly for me now, and I had an unbelievable stutter in multi.

yeah same, also had micro stutters with my i7 920 @ stock 2.67ghz and HT on.
Turned HT off and OCed to 3.6ghz ^^ (stock cooler, 1.2vcore) and its gone hehe.

My q9550 @ stock of 2.8ghz was about %90 utilized during gameplay. I OC'd it to 3.6 and it's still at aobut %90 utilization, same graphics settings. How much CPU does the game need for 60fps?

I have the same processor as you but oc'ed @ 3.4Ghz. Paired to my oc'ed GTX570 I get pretty much 99% gpu usage and I'm getting 50-60fps with everything on Ultra, MSAA to 2x, FXAA to medium. A few times y may dip to 40 fps.

yeah seems to be for a lot of people, it downloads and downloads .. only thing you can do, is ..nothing .. and wait for it to be done (it will eventually reduce size an reach the 11.3 gb mark lol)

It is actually maxing out my speed which is 100Mbit (12MB/S) and it is downloading, except that for some reason it's not doing it properly (I've downloaded so far around 35GB of data). |
