I noticed the difference between narrow focus and seeing everything abstractly in my life and have though about it before. It's an interesting thing, as if your brain saves processing time by abstracting (or categorizing) things you already know. As soon as you notice a major difference you start to analyze the finer points on the object and narrowly focusing on it.
Although the video goes even deeper into this aspect, and I can't say I analyzed that yet. But I do love to analyze my own behavior and brain.
I always like to think of our brain as a tool we are given and have basic knowledge of using, but it has much more untapped potential if you learn to use it better.
