Sublime, there WILL be and probably already maby ARE shops around the world that already got their copies of the game that are selling it already.
You know why? Because if they sell NOW, they get new customers that otherwise would have bought their game from another store on the 7th.
Yes, it is illegal for them to do it, if a product has a set retail date you can not sell it before that, but the fact remains that some stores do, simply because of the increased sales of being the one and only store with that particular product already for sale!

Seems like the Xbox version is out, have seen a NOGRP release 68x50MB in size , on some "private" xbox torrent sites. If it's fake I don't know but reading the replais on the sites it's seems to be a legit release.
