p2p dint work at least for me.
neither with ubilauncher "cracked", i got pass error in launcher, but game stayed at splash screen, replaced one dll wth cracked ones (from skidrow) in main directory, appcrashed. dint have the time to test all the dll skid cracked from past ubi titles.
and ofcourse i put the corect path in registri.
eventually p2p "stoled" some dll's already cracked by skidrow, and that worked for some people. probably people who had a retail disk and installed from that, not just extract files from arhives.
Hope they fixed the AI. In the demo it really sucked, enough to ruin the game. (e.g. you stand in walking distance of his city, and instead of his hero heading back into town, he just leaves in the other direction and leaves the city undefended. Just one of the issues.)
Guess we'll know when the patch gets released, unsure how this version is though since it had already been delayed so it might contain a number of improvements.

i uninstalled/deleted all the previously crap (including chinese thing ) and ubisoft launcher.
mounted the iso, installed, copied from from skid dir -> game dir, overwrite all.
started at first try, mumble something about invalid account, but beside that, works fine.
i'm playing tutorial map atm.
error 2 is about some missing registers setting if i understand right. make sure you dont have the p2p ones in there.
Wasn't working for me at first too. So I uninstalled Ubisoft game launcher and installed the one that's included on the iso.
Now it's working, I guess I had an older version and it wasn't updating or something.
Yeah i was looking for the registers i added by that P2P shit, could not find them. Then i found them reinstalled it and it worked. Damm P2P reg cracks....
DLing the skidrow version now. I'm wondering though what's supposed to be in the day0 patch? If there's too much missing it might be better to wait 1 more day for the patched version.
Skidrow release works fine for more without problems. Just blocked every internet access for it. Also i didn't had any other release before that.
CGI scenes so far look cool. Lets see how it compares to the other HOMMs

Sorry, but I don't like strategy games. I want to like them, but they bore me quite quickly. I think it's mostly because I like the lonewolf approach.

Well, I grew up with the Gothic games so that's what I love today. I didn't even try strategy games when I was a kid. My uncle didn't play them, so I didn't play them either, maybe that has something to do with all this too. I also prefer RPGs like Gothic over any party-based RPG. It's just not my thing. I want to look only after my character, not others too. Piranha Bytes managed to make that kind of RPGs and keep them quite hardcore and oldschool. That's why I love them, that's why they're my favourite games developer. Can't fucking wait for Risen 2!

don't know if it has been already mentioned, but all who failed to launch with crack, can do this thing - don't use crack, create shortcut for Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe and add /offline in properties, then try to launch! it works on russian version, saves also work, but dont' know about efficiency off all ingame content

In the case of HoMM6, yes Honestly... this is hilarious. I can play the game just by adding /offline to the target. No crack needed. So I'm wondering why Skidrow actually DID? What did the p2p crack even do? Enable Dynasty without connecting to Ubi servers?

Oh and you can shave 2.2GB off the installed size too, by simply removing the unnecessary language files.
