For those who haven't got an xbox which hasn't been modded, this will be a waste of time. But as I sometimes use it while my small nephews are around, I thought I might mention this awesome program.

It's a program that allows your xbox to run old mame games and a whole lot of other emulators. it's GUI is great and while the xbox lacks a certain amount of power compared to it's successor, most games still run great. So if any of my fellow nfohumpers still have a xbox, I would advise to install this great piece of software.

Search for coinops 2 if you want the latest version.


Hardware: Ryzen 3700x, B450 MSI Gaming Pro carbon AC, GTX1080, 32 GB 3200 Mhz cas 14, 256 EVO SSD, 1 TB EVO SSD and 4 TB HDD.
Console: xbox, wii and xbox 360

There are tons of MAME/Emulator frontends, most are specifically designed to be used in MAME/etc cabs with Xbox or even mid-spec PCs as the guts. My absolute favourite is Hyperspin;
